Because the full app can be evaluated for free, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges after purchase, including for change of mind, purchases made by mistake, or a licence code that was never activated. Please check the system requirements (macOS 12 or later) before buying.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded by law. Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content unless they agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing that right; the Paddle checkout records this consent. Remedies for faulty or misdescribed products remain available as required by law.

Paddle is the merchant of record for all orders and handles billing enquiries under its Buyer Terms. Where Paddle or the law requires a refund (for example a statutory right or a payment dispute), the licence ends: the code is revoked, the app returns to its trial rules at the next licence renewal (the licence renews quietly about once a month when the Mac is online), and you must stop using the app under that licence.
