We grant a non-exclusive licence for personal and commercial use, including client work, subject to these terms. One licence code activates one Mac that you personally use; a replaced or repaired Mac receives a replacement code from support. You keep your rights in your photographs and exports. You must have permission to process the files you use. Do not resell the app or distribute licence keys without permission. This restriction does not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

The free trial includes 10 full-resolution exports and unlimited previews. Only successful exports count; failed or stopped exports do not. No account is required. After confirmed payment, your licence code is supplied by [delivery method] within [delivery timeframe]. Activating the code online ties it to one Mac; the licence then renews quietly about once a month when the Mac is online and works offline in between. If a licence is revoked, for example after a refund required by law or by Paddle’s Buyer Terms, the app returns to its trial rules at the next renewal. Your purchase includes 12 months of updates from [update entitlement start event]. After that, your licence remains valid indefinitely for the versions it covers. Those versions keep working on compatible hardware and macOS. Later updates are optional; [future update purchase terms]. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

MacnifyIt requires macOS 12 or later, on Intel or Apple silicon. Future hardware and operating-system compatibility is not guaranteed. “Exact” describes Lanczos-3 resampling in linear light; it does not promise additional captured detail. Supported metadata, profiles, transparency and bit depth depend on the export format and settings. Keep source files and check exports before relying on them.

The introductory price is US$49, paid once. Applicable taxes and the total are shown before payment. A later advertised price does not change a completed purchase. Paddle is the merchant of record and authorised reseller for all orders. Your purchase transaction is with Paddle under its Buyer Terms; these MacnifyIt terms govern the app licence. Paddle handles checkout, payment, applicable transaction taxes, billing enquiries and refunds. Contact Paddle buyer support for those matters. All sales are final after the free trial; for statutory remedies see our Refund Policy. Paddle’s transaction terms do not remove additional rights we promise or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The app sends no telemetry and does not upload your photos. Its only network use is licence activation and the quiet monthly renewal: it sends your licence code and a hashed identifier for your Mac to our activation provider, Cloudflare, which also receives your IP address (abuse logs keep IP addresses for up to 24 hours). Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
